Hello Joey,
How are you? I just happened to come across your website when I was reading about another article on Saturday. Due to curiosity, I clicked on this icon that had to do with working on the lower body. When I began reading your home webpage I thought it was rather long, however as I read I became intrigued. I used to be 220 lbs 5 years ago and since then I have lost a considerable amount of weight. I was determined to loose the weight and I did it without going to a gym. My only problem was building muscles so that I could have a nicely toned and sculpted body. Basically, I know how to loose the weight but I don’t know how to tone and firm up my body. I also dance and want to have leaner and stronger looking legs. So I tried the exercise you posted which said to lay flat with one leg straight and the other bent with the heel and toe pointing upward. Let’s just say I tried the workout that same night and I am still feeling the difference a day later. Although I am not a fan of the gym, currently I am going to one to use the machines to work on my body. However, at the gym I felt pain, but with your workout after starting with the first leg I felt the burn after counting 1,2, … It did not take long to burn but when I was done, the back of my legs felt different and my butt felt lifted. Sorry for the long story, but I felt the need to let you know where I am coming from. All I have to say is THANK YOU! I like the idea of working out from home and keeping it simple. That’s what I did to loose the weight. Now I believe I can do it to build and tone my muscles. Also thank you for the email you sent about the exercise that says to use a step or something similar. You keep one leg on the step and the other leg lightly touches the ground without letting the heel touch the floor. I am excited to know what the results will be when I stay consistent. I don’t know you, but there is just something different about what you say. I have read about other workouts and tried them and I would get discouraged. After one try of your workout, I feel encouraged. Please don’t change. Young women like me and women in general everywhere are counting on you!
