The advice I give is based on academic training for a bachelors degree in exercise physiology and a masters degree in exercise science, over 20 years of practical application, dealing with the needs of my own wellness and fitness as well as the needs of many other clients in various settings. I am not a doctor, nor do I possess a degree in nutrition. We did have to pass some extensive exams in areas of nutrition for fitness and function and I’ve also embarked on my own mission of wellness nutrition to incorporate into our lifestyles and into those of clients I coach.
