I love weight training. I don't feel like a man at the gym but a strong woman doing something good for my body. I have started your program and can only get through the mat work, feels good, feel like it s working the right muscles at all times...Is IT ENOUGH? Do I have to do the whole workout?I'm not looking to lose wt, I'm 5'3" wt is 125 and I'm 42 yrs old. I want to increase my bottom half. My upper body is great, lower half so so. Just want some more oomph to the backside. What should I do?L

I've been weight lifting and doing the cardio at the gym for as long as I can remember and have NEVER received any results in my butt. I've done everything including starve myself, I squat and lunge with weight that would make the average guy self conscious am I am exhausted, burnt out and in pain most of the time. I have totally given up that I'll ever have a nice butt. I never have. I haven't order the butt program yet due to doubts that it will work. Although I do enjoy the e-mail articals, encouragement, and advice. Maybe one day.

Hi Joey,
Isn’t getting in shape about discipline and consistency along with proper training and eating the right kind of foods? I have seen people men and women both that work out in the gym who are in fantastic shape. What is it that sets your program apart from all the rest? What about pilates? Is it similar to that? Just wondering…. Thanks for your emails, I do appreciate them, and they do have me thinking!!

Hi Joey,
Yeah I do the gym thing, it has helped me in so many ways, joined back in "06 wearing a size 14, now wearing a size 8, I have lost 14.5# and the amount of inches is amazing. I also work out at home..but I still have things to improve on, my lower half specifically. It is a battle I will win! Thanks for all you do.

Hi Joey,

I haven't downloaded the ULBHTM yet because I'm really nervous that my thighs will get BIGGER. I played hockey for nearly 15 years and subsequently have these really developed quads, even though it's been about 10 years since I quit. I build muscle very easily and all of the gym workouts that personal trainers have put me on before have resulted in bigger thighs. Trust me, I don't have room to spare in my jeans - my pants already look like sausage casings. Can you assure me that the ULBHTM will slim my thighs? I already have a tiny waist and butt. My problem is these gigantic thighs. How in the world do you make smaller muscles?

Please help!
