1 – You must stop sitting on your ass all day long, Sweetheart… It’s a known fact that sitting on your ass all day makes it bigger, fatter and wider – creating more area, a larger canvas shall we say, for nasty cellulite to ’show up’. And, I’m willing to bet the more sitting you are doing the less exercise you are doing. Am I right or am I right?
2 – You gotta stop working out like a freakin’ nut job… You can exercise ’til you cripple yourself and pass out – But that doesn’t mean you’ll get rid of your depressing cellulite. Yes, exercise does help get rid of cellulite, its one of the few things (arguably the only way) that does work in this regard – BUT it must be the right type of exercise program – If it is not, you’ll just be wasting your time, risking possible injury (and possibly making the cellulite worse). I’ve seen this happen time and time again over the years. And I still see women doing this.
3 – [One of my personal favorites] Have a lot of sex… I’m not suggesting you to start acting like an easy fluzy – or is it floozie? Whatever it is – you know what I’m talking about. If you are in a good relationship – then put some more emphasis on the ‘physical’ part of it. And don’t be a bump on a log who just lays there and takes it without expending some of your own energy.

This is a load of bs – it doesn’t matter what your mom’s rear end and thighs look like – you are not her and she is not you. Understand? – so you can forget about the lame genetic excuse – despite what your friend’s, brother’s sister in law is telling you about ‘genetics’. Next time you talk to your mom – ask her what she has tried to do about her cellulite problem.
And she’ll say something like – “Oh, darling – I’ve tried everything for this cottage cheese on my lower body – the creams, the body wraps, the pills that gave me the GI condition – even those plastic undergarments. It’s horrible – your father hasn’t made love to me with the lights on in about 35 years, maybe longer – now that I think about it – the rotten son of a bitch hasn’t made love to me in 35 years with the lights off either! Anyhow – why do you ask sweetheart?”

5 – Make these super simple tweaks to your daily nutrition… Reduce your sodium (salt) intake, reduce/eliminate your intake of artificial (chemical) sweeteners and food additives, make olive oil part of your daily nutrition, hydrate (drink water or like fluids) consistently, every day.

Ok. here is my story…
I have always been in a pretty good shape even though never really worked out and been to a gym just once;
BUT couple months ago I noticed that my jeans did not fit like before and i saw cellulite on a back of my legs and butt!

At the beginning I did my workout every other day… and only after first few times i could feel and see the results.

Joey – your programs are fantastic, and I love the daily emails. You really seem to understand the difficulties women have with traditional exercise programs and machines.
I am in pretty good shape, working out at the gym with weights at lunchtime since things have been slow at work. But I needed a boost for legs, thighs and butt and really needed help with cellulite. I bought the full manual and love it – especially the many free extras, like ab workout, stair climbing workouts, etc.
Only one small critique, if you don’t mind. Sharon Stone is doing her best, just like we are. Maybe she hasn’t tried your program but let’s not single her out and make fun.
I wouldn’t want pics of my butt with the comment about “Nasty cellulite”!

What do you do if you HAVE to sit on your but all day–as in work. I do get up and move around, but I’m tied to the desk. I exercise every morning. I have just started doing your HBT’s DVD.
I love this article. You made me laugh when I was having a rather crap filled evening. I have just purchased this program and now I want it even more! I did my first routine yesterday and it was great! I want to post photos when I get my excellent results! I know it will work.
Will jumping on a rebounder mini-trampoline get rid of cellulite? Is it true that 10 minutes of rebounding is equal to 1 hour of walking? Will the rebounder take care of my trouble spots?

I do my work leg,hip and butt work out 5 days a week. Is this wrong. Just start the upper body work out and I will do that only 2 days. Hope my arms look great real soon. I also do my weights on that day I will let your know. Maria ( 62 years old)

- Sandra – rebounding is OK for exercise – not nearly as effective on cellulite as my ULBHTM program – just being honest…
Maria – 5 times per week isn’t needed – 3 is good for the ULBHTM – 4 max if you want.

I’m 28 years old and when I was 21 was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I as put on an oral contracenptive to balance by hormones and dropped from 83kgs to 67 kgs.
As a result of the PCOS all my wieght was collecting in my belly area and it was great to see it come off. Now it’s all coming back and I’m back to 80kgs. Due to the PCOS it’s very difficult to lose weight because of the insulin resistance I have have from the PCOS. DO you perhaps know which type of excercise I should be doing – I’m fine with my butt(rather small and flat), but my hips, thinghs and tummy needs major work! I know many people may not know about PCOS, but you know more than anyone else about exercise, so I thought to seek your help.
People can’t believe I weigh 80kgs and always tell me I look like I weigh about less than 70kgs, but the scale never lies. I also eat a low GI diet and go to gym 2 – 3 times per week but nothing seems to be happening!

My problem is I’m gaining weight every year, but very slowly. If I see my old pictures, i look on them very skinny and pretty. I’m actually not fat, I weigh about 52-53 kgs. But I look perfect if I’m between 48-50 kgs. In my mind loosing only 2 kilos is not very difficult, however, it doesn’t work.
What should I do against my non-stop gaining weight?

I have been exercising nearly all my life – from being a dancer from a child until I got married – then going to gym for the past 30 years – all I’ve done is maintain my weight!! My hips – butt – and thighs are not in good shape – even my knees are flabby and ugly – NOT TO MENTION THE CELLULITE!!! – I have done your “free exercise downloads” for about 2 weeks and can feel the muscles under my butt cheeks are “sore” a good feeling!!! – and can see a slight improvement in the shape of the lower side of the thigh – I have really got excited and motivated and yesterday got the ULBHT downloaded – so looking forward to starting the whole package.

I certainly know how you feel. I too was diagnosed with PCOS in the early 90’s age 32.when I was struggling with infertility. Dr says, ‘lose weight’ I was only 134 lb at 5′ 4″ anyway….. Impossible with the Pcos. I thought. Anyway long story short I now have 2 kids and ovarian signs of PCOS have gone. Low G.I. dieting helps a lot. But Carb’s are not your friends, especially grains, whether low G.I. or not. Try to forget bread and sugar entirely. In fact don’t buy it. What you don’t have, you can’t be tempted to eat. I am now headed toward menopause, though not without menstruation yet. Here is another time of life to put weight on. On average 500 – 1000 grams / week ( 1-2 lbs for me !. Since x-mas I have put on 11 k (24 lbs). I am searching the internet for a fix of some kind right now. Living in the Middle East doesn’t help ! Insomnia is my other major problem. Luckily I don’t work, if I did the job wouldn’t last long. Exercise does help the insulin resistance. Sleep helps it too. I took Metformin (Glucophage) tablets to help the Insulin resistance also.I hope you have found the right Dr to advise you. You also need to do loads of your own research.

I came across this program after doing a google search for the “best butt workout.” I just saw one of beyonce’s new videos and as usual sat there stunned at the size and bounce and roundness of her booty. I mean, it’s pretty much perfection in my eyes. Maybe a little too big, but I’ve been dying to find something that gives my butt that extra “lift.” I know a toned lower back helps the curve in the butt become more prominent, so I was wondering if your DVD’s include any lower back toning?

I love you and your DVD’s! I am 46 and workout daily. I do cardio every morning and altenate your Dvd’s and yoga six days a week. I take Friday nights off. I have a couple of questions. Where can I purchase your level three and maintance DVD’s. T he set I bought only came with levels one and two. Also,
do think my exercise regiment is too much? Final question. I have always had a nice bum- so the guys have always told me. I am trying to keep it along as possible- still looks pretty good. Considering my age, are my expectation too much? Thanks you for responding and thanks for these awesome DVDs.
