You (like Oprah) have a platform for expressing and promoting different things at will because of your success. This can be an incredible help to those needing it, or it can be a stumbling block if because of the lack of knowledge you were to promote something that later turned out to be not true. So I hope you realize that you are priviliged to inspire and lead, and take the responsibility of caution. Remember man's basic fault and weakspot...we like being told what we want to hear. Often it is this very weakness that blinds us into thinking that we cannot easily be deceived when the exact opposite is actually the case...sometimes. When we are checking anything out there must be a true standard for measurement or we will be left to wander about seeing what "rings true to me" (which changes like the weather for some). If what we hear makes us "feel" good we might confuse that with what is really truth. If we decide that the feelings are true then further deceit is possible, easy, and inevitable. Men, pull together and reason logically together. Don't let the "feelings" driven women to negate your own excellent abilities to think logically. We need both to find balance if not survive. I really am getting a lot of this new book from Eckhart Tolle. I am not treating it as some, "showing me the way to my own salvation". I am a Seventh Day Adventist and I know the path to salvation but his book helps me to see a deeper side to humanity and understand our behavior better. It then helps me to be a better, more understanding, compassionate person/christian. I do not believe that Oprah has ever endorsed any religion or belief system. She has mentioned how she believes but it is left up to you to decide what you want to believe. She is a believer in God, the one and only, and so am I but what I choose to believe from there is my responsibility and yours. There will always be Dark & Light, Good & Evil, and inside us we know which is which. No one can please everyone all the time. With that said - did you personally try this course? For those of us who are ready, this is truly profound. I will take the time to look into "The Course in Miracles", to see if what you speak rings true with me, but that has past, and I wish you much success in your personal outreach, helping of all the souls you have found stuck . What method have you found that works best for them? Maybe there should be a posted warning for all humanity - we should be more evolved than we are right now.
