Hi Joey!
I have begun your ULBHTM exercises, and they’re great, but I still have an important concern: unlike most other women, my butt is actually the part of my body I like most…but I still need to slim down my thighs and calves. I don’t want my butt to become smaller, I just want it to be firmer and tighter. What would you suggest as a progression plan? If I take the slimming and firming progression plan, will it also slim down my booty?

i really feel that your leg butt and thigh workout is actually wroking, i’ve seen results after 2 weeks!…celulite is slowly disspearing, and i’m working muscles that i didnt even know i had!…thankyou so much!!
Well I just want to say Thank you joey! I just got my abs dvd and my free upper body dvd also. And my upper body is a little tender today, but not too bad. I love the ab core dvd. I feel if i do this every other day it will work. And i love the leg and thigh dvd I put on a pair of levis from last year since the weather is changing time to put away the short pants and i’ve lost inches they fit good, still need to work on my inner thighs but love it..
Thanks for friendship to help all of us woman out there that are struggling to find that right exercise.

hi joey! my hubby was surprised to see my doing this thing and some stuff you had shared for butt exercise. at first he was mocking me saying i was inventing my own exercise.
but after less than a week of doing the first sample video you sent me after becoming your newbie, he was so impress to feel the muscle built in my thigh area especially the inner thigh!hahaha!
well, i will be needing a little more effort in convincing him to buy your book. hope he will grant me that.

I have a question about the lunge touch-down: I have been told never to extend my knee past my foot. Why do you allow us to do that in this exercise? Won’t I stress my knee?
