		<description>I&#039;m 44yrs old, I&#039;m 5ft tall and  75 lbs. I am needing to build my overall body ,but want instructions on building up my lower butt area, thigh and leg. I am also interested in any weight gain tricks. (  I let body get  run down, recently  being the caregiver for my Dad who had Cancer &amp; passed away in May.) I&#039;m on 10 billion Probiotics a day, that helps with absorbtion of nutrients that I wasn&#039;t able to do on my own, I did not have the good bacteria that grabs nutrients for the body.</description>
