		<description>I love this!!!! I never ate breakfast when I was in highschool. I would eat a small lunch and come home in the afternoon and eat whatever I wanted for the rest of the evening. In college, I started grabbing a granola bar on my way to class and gained 3 pounds. Over the summer, I ate breakfast everyday and my eating spiraled out of control. I have been trying to control my weight with extreme calorie cutting, lot the extra weight, but still struggling.

		<description>I like what you said about in the article and it makes sense, but....what if you are on the opposite end of the spectrum and you are running 5 to 7miles at 4am and in bed by 8pm every night??  Isn&#039;t that just a different shift?  My first meal is at 6:30am and my last is at 2pm.  I like the idea of the &quot;shift&quot; but I think it is all relative to the lifestyle and times you are active.  :)</description>
