Cellulite – The Unsolved Mystery – or Perfect Scam Set-Up?
By – Joey Atlas, M.S. Exercise Physiology
—————————————————————————————————
As a woman – you either ‘have cellulite’ or you know at least one other woman who suffers from this beauty crippling ‘condition’.
I understand you may have heard many other ‘opinions’ or read various articles on the subject – but I’m here to give you some helpful info from a very different perspective – one that is sure to help you – or anyone you might know who is looking for help in reducing or completely getting rid of cellulite.
First things first:
You don’t ‘have cellulite’ – Cellulite is not a ‘thing’
It’s simply a word, derived from French and Latin roots, that is used to describe the bumpy/dimpled appearance of skin. (the roots are ‘cellula’ and ‘-itis’)
Ponder this:
There are women who are ’skinny’ – with the appearance of cellulite, and there are women who are ‘fat’ with no signs of cellulite at all.
So what gives?
Well – lets back up a little – to help us put this into perspective.
If we take two overweight women – one without the appearance of cellulite, and one with the appearance of it – we have to first answer the question: Why/How is this?
Before I get further into this – keep in mind I earned a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology – part of which entailed spending eight complete weeks dissecting a human body (cadaver) from the skin, down to the deepest layers (inside the vital organs) – which included EVERY layer in between.
So we ask, What causes the appearance of cellulite?
First – If we were to analyze the fat from the 2 overweight women mentioned above – we would find no physiological or biological difference between the fat in their lower bodies.
BUT we would find some structural differences along with several other factors that are affected by lifestyle habits.
Here’s what we would find structurally:
>> In the woman WITHOUT the appearance of cellulite…
The muscles beneath her fat are firmer and more toned.
The connective tissue that sits between the deepest layers of the skin and the outermost layers of the fat is tighter and smoother.
The fat deposits themselves are more evenly distributed.

>> In the woman WITH the appearance of cellulite…
The muscles beneath her fat are very soft and most likely droopy or jiggly.
The connective tissue that sits between the deepest layers of the skin and the outermost layers of the fat is looser and not as taught.
The fat deposits themselves are unevenly distributed, and lumpy in configuration.

In addition to these differences there are, most likely, differences in lifestyle habits. These are:
1 – Proper exercise, improper exercise – or no exercise at all.
2 – Nutrition habits: besides calories and ‘quality’ of foods eaten, several other factors can have a substantial impact on the appearance of cellulite:
– A: sodium intake levels
– B: hydration habits (types and amount of daily fluid intake)
– C: levels of other minerals in relation to sodium (potassium, etc)
3 – smoking, excessive alcohol intake (drinking), other bad habits.
I will be addressing more about this topic, cellulite, in future articles on this website – but for purposes of this article – I want to stay on point…
So – when we look at the factors above – and the factors that one has control over – it is quite safe to assume that a woman who is affected by the appearance of cellulite in the form of fat combined with several structural challenges – she can definitely reduce the appearance of that cellulite by incorporating habits of proper and specifically targeted exercise, combined with healthy nutrition habits that take into account proper hydration and reduced sodium intake.
Now – lets go back to our original question about the ’skinny’ woman with cellulite and the ‘fat’ woman with NO cellulite.
It should be very easy to understand that the appearance of cellulite in the ’skinny’ woman has nothing to do with her having a different kind of fat under her skin – or some ‘cottage cheese’ substance that other women don’t have – but rather several structural factors that result in the dimpled and bumpy texture of the outer layer of the skin.
It is also very likely that these structural factors are ‘in addition to’ poor health habits and the lack of proper exercise.
Hence the reason to realize that cellulite, this thing that doesn’t even actually exist, can be reduced and many times ‘removed’ completely.
In reality we are simply changing the appearance of the surface of the skin. We do this with slight changes in the muscle, nutrient balance, hydration and connective tissue ‘taughtness’. Exercise is the catalyst that drives the reasons for change in the structural components that make up the layers behind the surface of the skin.
Wow! – this was a long one… – As I mentioned – lots more for me to talk about regarding cellulite – such as teen cellulite, pregnancy cellulite (pre, during and post), drug side-effect induced cellulite, menopausal cellulite – and a bunch of others – as well as how companies that promote creams, pills, wraps and other such ineffective products are allowed to lie to you and falsely advertise their products to you – FULLY knowing that you will not get rid of your cellulite by using their products.
I’ll be addressing this and how all of these ‘types’ of cellulite were one of the main ingredients that motivated me to create the Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover to help women “cure” their cellulite problems.
Until next time…

Hi Joey
Shame on me I received my DVD a few months ago and I have only had the chance to do it a couple of times. Look forward to reading more about the cellulite post pregnancy issues as I noticed it developing on my sides during late pregnancy and it is still there even though I have lost of my pregnancy weight gain. After reading this article on cellulite it makes perfect sense as I KNOW my muscles are slack and I drink waaayyyy too much tea and coffee and not enough water! Although I am not particularly overweight, I weigh 140lbs at 5ft 7.5in, I do seem to carry a lot of flab and have horrible flabby dimpled stuff on my butt thighs and legs…HORRIBLE!!! I eat healthily and have a minimum intake of processed foods and I do live an active lifestyle BUT I do have trouble finding the time to specifically exercise. So then…I know the issue with me is proper exercise to increase my muscle tone….and also drinking more good fluids. So here I am committing to the workout programme 3 times a week and to upping my intake of proper fluids. I will email again when I notice my body starting to change! Thanks for the constant encouragement.
Denise
Thanks a lot!!! pls tell us more….
Joey, Thanks for this honest info about my weight loss/appearance obsession, I fall victim to just about every reputed cellulite cure I run across, on the off chance that this could be the one that works! Maybe now, I’ll really know better.
Thanks
So what if you actually do workout, have reduced your sodium intake (for about 7 years now)..drink plenty of water, don’t drink alcohol or smoke..what then? I have cellulite, I hate it of course..and I will continue doing all the good things to hopefully overcome it at some point in time. Thanks for all the great tips.
Joey-
I have suffered with the appearance of cellulite since having my two children and gaining a significant amount of weight with both pregnancies. It took me about 10 years but I have finally realized the only true way to be rid of the stuff is by “true” clean eating and consistent exercise including weight training. I have noticed a huge improvement and have one last thing to “quit”. I think I drink too much wine. Maybe the alcohol is stopping me from completely getting rid of the last little bit of cellulite. I am 39 years old, weigh 112 lbs, at 5′2″ tall. I am going to quit my wine habit and see if this will finally do it for me.
Espectacular la pàgina.
Te felicito
Bien.
I beg to differ ~ I work out 6-7 days a week, alternating exercise programs, with 5 mile walks on steep hilly roads. My ‘butt’ and hamstrings are quite ‘tight’ (especially for someone my age ~ 53), and yet I still suffer the ugliness and embarrassment of cellulite! So it’s hard for me to believe that exercise gets rid of it, or at least, makes it less noticeable. I believe that cellulite is hereditary ,and short of liposuction, there’s nothing that gets rid of it.
Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.
Joey, first thank you about the honest &good information that your site provide. Regarding cellulite you are not totally right. I have suffered with this trouble since the age of 14 and tried and tested everything (imagine the spending)
nothing really work. No diet, exercises, infrared sauna, vibrating plates, shoes (yes shoes, I was taken in by that one). Endermologie works slightly and I mean slightly. My diet and exercises could not be better (your program)
I think is luck. I have friends who smoke, drink, eat all the wrong food, never exercises and they do not have cellulite. I am the most afflicted it is so unfair. I am fit and healthy – that is the improvement, disappearance of cellulite, none. thanks
Hi Joey,
I love your stuff. I try to lead a very healthy lifestyle, but I have to admit being a graduate student, a mom, and in the work force doesn’t lend itself to alot of gym time. Luckily, my nutrition habits and the time that I do go to the gym have been enough to keep me in check. I will be finishing school this month and want to jump start my work outs. I am a typical pear shape and my problem areas are definitely my butt and thighs. Any advice? I love weights and I go running or do the elliptical for cardio. I am looking for something to boost up my metabolism and bring that spark back into my gym time…..Thanks for your great advice!
Hello Joey,
What you write makes perfect sense. Now, here is another question for you.
I am wondering what it is that I see on my deriere… When I stand normally, I do not see the bumpy surface of cellulite. However, when I contract my behind and “squeeze” the tissue I see what I think is cellulite. Could you please explain what that is and how to best get rid of it. I simply do not like it…
Thanks in advance for your advice and support!
Sincerely, and with much appreciation,
Kandey
Thanks Joey
Please can you send me some specific exercises targeted for the under the butt, back of the legs where the cellulite seems most prominent.
Thanks
I exercise 6 days a week, cardio and weight training. No salt in my food, totally healthy eating, only drink water and lots of it!!!! Do not smoke, never have,no alcohol. There is nothing more I know what to do or not do, BUT I HAVE CELLULITE, PLEASE HELP!!!!
Thanku for the article.but my qustion is that we women need the solution of cellulite and not the explanation. Im thin and perfect from front but from the back i have this bumpy areas on my thighs and butt..i need to get rid of them..im always scared of butt workout cuz i dont want to lose the fat in it..please find us a solution Joey..thanku
Selena
Where can we find Atlas Juice?in which countries?
While I agree with all that you state as far as reducing the appearance of cellulite, it’s only fair to add that genetics DOES play a role in whether or not you have the appearance of cellulite. After all, some Olympic gymnasts have small amounts of cellulite on their butts and thighs – and these folks couldn’t be more fit or have much lower percentage of body fat. Some women will always have some cellulite – no matter how hard they work to get rid of it. Everybody can certainly have less or minimize it’s appearance but not everyone can totally get rid of it.
Hi Joey
Thanks for this article on cellulite. I love reading your articles on fitness and they are extremely inspiring and motivating. I m sure a lot of people thank you for what you do but this is asincere thanks for the the kind of information you provide and with so much integrity and committment.
thanks again.
Hi Joey,
Thanks soooo much for this information. It has opened my eyes in many ways, i am actually excited to email this article to all the women i know. Thank you Joey for sharing.
Hi Joey,
Thanks for all your advice on cellulite. I love the way I look but hate to look at my legs. My question is , does caffeine cause celluite also?
Help
Rachel
Thanks Joey for the info. on cellulite. You make a lot of sense. I personally don’t suffer from this problem. I work out 6 days a week and run 5 miles everyday. Along with eating good healthy food. (sometimes I cheat). I will be 50 this October and feel and look great. I recommend that maybe a total body cleanse and some fasting would help some of your readers. I believe that good health and looks comes from what we put inside our bodies like fuel for our cars. Sometimes being healthy and looking great are as simple as what we put in our mouths. Thanks Nancy
Hi Joey,
This was a great insight…
The problem I have is I am having more obstructing pains training at the levels I used to eight years ago. I also notice that my efforts are making little impact these days than in the past even when I have tweaked a lot of things…exercise intensity, frequency, nutrition etc & I am getting quite frustrated.I am 48yrs old.
What do you advice me to do…Sometimes I feel like quiting!!
Thanks for all your tips.
Excellent blog Joey.
question..:
2 medium size mugs of decaff filter cofee will have bad side effects for cellulite Joey? thats my only gourmet mornings and evenings..?
thanks a lot Ece
Hi Joey,
Like others that have responded to this blog on cellulite, I exercise 5-6 times a week eat healthy etc, but I have stage 4-5 cellulite as stated by a doctor. Its the most horrid look for a 35 year old that loves the beach!
I think that even if I worked out 24/7 it wouldn’t budge. My mum is a big lady and genetics are the major factor here.
But if you can help me rid it, I’ll be in debt to you for life
Hi Joey,
I am considering buying your program… it makes sense. I have a “cellulite treatment” question. You mention the connective tissue layer being a contributor to the appearance of cellulite. Do you think deep tissue massage could stimulate that layer and cause it to firm up? That seems to be the current “hot” treatment approach around here…
Thanks for the good info thus far, I look forward to more!
I too find myself with cellulite. I have had it since my teen years even though I was a swimmer, then a cyclist.
Now I walk/jog on a regular basis and have been doing this workout for months. I don’t eat junk food, drink sodas etc, and I still have the look of cellulite. I too think its genetic
I remember looking at a picture of myself from behind as young as 8 or 9 years old and seeing the dimples. I had always wondered why my butt and legs were different than my friends. I did not know what it was at that time but once in high school I quickly learned to never show my self in shorts ever again. I have not worn shorts for well over 10 years. Although I have been an avid exerciser for the majority of my life, my cellulite has never improved not matter what I did. It actually got worse when I decided to starve my self and got down to less than 100 lbs, I’m 5′5. I eat extremely clean, drink 8 or more glasses of water a day, I take supplements including chromium picolinate, but nothing I do ever works. I looked over Tony’s exercises and they are the same ones I been doing for ever, I have just resigned myself to a life of frumpy sweats and slacks.
I want to be the poster child of eliminating cellulite. I look forward to ordering the ultimate leg, butt, hip and thigh makeover
Hi Joey, i need your help! i am 22 years old, have a healthy diet, dont drink or smoke, i work out twice a week at the gym, probably should try to go a bit more often, but i have really bad cellulite for my age. do you have any advice or tips because it is really getting me down, i cant wear any of the clothes that other girls my age wear. looking forward to your response!
Hi Joey, I have been on a low fat diet for years. Non Red Meat eater and hardly ever eat sweets or junk food, but yet I too am a sufferer of cellulite. I am 5′ 4″ and weigh 120 lbs. I exercise pretty much every day (yoga and weights) and walk about 20 to 30 minutes every day. I do lunges and deep knee bends but still have the cellulite. It is so gross! I too think genetics play a role in it. Please advise when you can!
Thanks,
Donna

hi joey, thank you so much for the info you have sent me,at least i have started with my leg excercises and hopefully will get me on the right track,i have always had problems with my legs, butt and thighs, and have tried numerous creams, and to be honest,to no avail,a complete waste of money, there are people out there who pry on us poor desperadoes deplete us of our hard earned money, whilst they make millions on the so called miracle creams.but i have realised that the only way to get rid of stubborn cellulite is eating sensibly and excercise.
Hey Joey,
I’m only 15 years old and I am determined to get rid of this cellulite. I hate it so much. I am so self conscience of my thighs and butt. I really want to get rid of the fat on my thighs. I was an intense runner for a long time but i got sick so i didn’t run for about 4 months and i think that’s why i gained like 10 pounds and lost my abs and just got a flubby tummy and big thighs. I really want like a short simple workout i can do everyday that will give me improvements . I hope you can help me! I;m guessing you can just maybe email me back… idk if you don’t have time that’s fine! Thanxx
I am a very active 52 yr old, used to walk-mow greens on a golf course, as well as every other job they had, was beginning to go thru menopause in my early 40’s & started noticing changes in my upper leg skin tauntness, which has now developed into cellulite. Now have a landscape business & don’t like to show off my legs anymore. Oh, also eat very carefully to fend off the onset of diabetes, which runs in my family. I will take all of what you have said into account, but would like to know more target exercises to strengthen this area. Thanks so much….
I completely agree joey, I had cellulite and it wasnt a pretty sight then we sold our house luckily and decided to go on an unexpected holiday abroad. I got on a panick mission and you wouldnt believe what difference I made in 5 weeks! I went the gym 50 minutes on the crosstrainer each day fat burning, then I did joeys dvd 3 times a week and I felt brilliant in my bikini! Everyone out there if you really want it you can do it you just have to be really commited and not cheat coz your only cheating yourself from having a lovely body. x
This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth!
Thanks so much for the great advise. I tend to call my self the cellulite expert because i have read almost every web site, book, article on celluite. But i do think its in my genes. My mom suffers from it and so do I. Could you believe a model some years gao now weraing lond pants in the 98 degree Bahamian sun everyday. Boy theat sucks!! Help me please!!!!!!!!!!
joey, thanks for everthing that you have sent me already.I to have cellulite on the butt area, but last sunday i stumbled upon joeys website and took some of his advice and it has only been a week and the results are amazing . i eat very clean, no processed food or fried foods and walk/run every other day and work my arms and legs out three times a week. i stopped beating my knees up doing lunges and hard squats. now i just do a few things joey has sent me and a few things of my own and it made a world of difference in just one week. i think a lot of people kill themselves doin all of the exercises thinking that this will help and it doesn’t…trust me i’ve been there. now thanks to joey it has all turned around. and i don’t think it’s in our genes b/c my mother weighs 220 lbs. and has lots of cellulite and i’m 29 yrs. old and my ass thanks to joey is looking great.!!!!!!!!!!! and i don’t even own any of his dvds yet .he has only sent me two exercises so far to add to my workout. my cardio is only 25-30 min. every other day.
joey thanks for everything but i have a problem with loosing weight , ican’t loose 5 kilos i’m sick of it i reaaly need help i walk for an hour everyday and i don’t eat too much i’m suffering without choclate and nothing changed
Hi Joey. If anyone knows, it’s probably you, so here goes: is there really a correlation between caffeine consumption and cellulite? I depend on caffeine for an energy boost when I don’t have the energy to work out, especially early in the morning.
Can you sent me some exercises for cellulite and tummy please please
There is no correlation between caffeine consumption and cellulite.
Have you started using some of the free cellulite exercises from this site?
Joey
Hi Joey!
I’m 36 and I go to the gym everyday, I rotate my programme and do something different everyday, spinning, body con, weights, pilates, katabox and I do this about 5-6 times a week. I eat healthy, now and then I become ‘human’ and cheat, especially because I have 2 boys aged 5 and 8!!
I have had surgery recently and am allowed to only walk, but I found it boring and spinning much better as the impact was less, although I take it easy. I miss my weights but will most prob start in a week or so.
Before I went in my body stood ’still’, no losing weight and it is frustrating because I know I’m doing the right stuff, I weigh 62-64kg and 1,75 cm tall. I know I’m most prob within range but now I’ve really cut out on starch big time! I have joghurts with fresh berries, salads with boiled egg or low fat cold meats, chicken and veggies and snacks are nuts, protein shakes, grapes and cheese or from your wonderful info….dark choc!!!
To get to the point, what should I do different because I really want to loose the 5kg!!!
Anyway, thanks for the wonderful info, you are really one of the fitness trainers that is giving in info and not scared to share-I love reading your mail!
Best regards,
Yvette.

Hi Joey!
Your website is so interesting and I love the emails.. I’m learning so much.. keep them coming!!
As I was scrolling through this article, you mentioned teen cellulite. Could you please tell me more about that since I’m only 15 and the appearance of cellulite (especially in my legs) and “baby fat” are my major problems and i want to get in better shape.
Please help me.
Thanks a lot!
Sarah (Malta)
p.s. Can you tell me of any good combination of exercises for my hips, thighs and tummy? I’d really appreciate it =)
Wow! Great info. I really never understood this problem until now. Thanks – I can wait to start changing some of my habits – (sodium intake and not drinking enough liquids like water).

which wil make them slim and sexy..
hi joey,
i was a slightly overweight so, three months ago i joined a expensive weight reduction and toning program. i reduced by 4 kgs but the didn’t got the results as i had imagined i would be getting. my tummy is still not flat after getting tummy tucks. there they told me that cellulite is improper fat deposition and would go by using there oils.. now i’m thinking how ill-informed they themselves are. thus the imperfect result i have after spending so much money. i am looking forwarding to doing your excercises from tom morning itself… thanks for opening my eyes…
Hi Joey, I was reading over your website and I just wanted to say thank you for the educational information and the detailing the differences between toned and untoned skin. I am looking forward to reading more of your articles/comments and will definitely share this website with my friends.
Thanks again!

Joey, I started working out and have noticed a difference in cellulite. I haven’t worked out a lot for almost 20 years as I had 5 kids and was pretty busy. But after we read Fit For Life we decided we didn’t want to be a burden to our kids.
I am only about ten pounds over where I want to be. I never had cellulite before the past 5 years, and wonder if some of it is hereditary, as I do see young girls with much worse cellulite than I have.
I think your exercises are great and it is nice to get info from a person as dedicated to fitness, and as aware of the problems of women as you are.
I am 40 years old and have battled cellulite since I was 19. Over the years it has gotten worse and spread to the front of my legs. It is very depressing. My legs are very strong in fact I can even leg press 700lbs but I can’t get rid of the cellulite. I will try to follow every workout provided to me and I will give you a follow up on my progress
What are the best exercises to reduce cellulite?
Hi Joey, I’ve been a personal trainer and instructor for 13 years, I do x-bike daily, strength eat extremely healthy, but I can’nt get rid of a couple of dimples from my butt. I’m 42 and have 2 children, 11 and 3. I’m really getting depressed about it! Please tell me what to do?
I’ve heard European trainers talk about the toxins attaching to fat cells causing cellulite. Is that the personal habits like drinking and smoking you referred to? They also included artificial sweeteners, carbonated beverages, trans-fats, preservatives, etc in the “toxins” that could cause cellulite. Any thoughts/comments? Thanks for the article!
One of the best things to do to reduce
cellulite is by eating natural food only. With no chemicals at all for three months. Condiments lemmon juice, salt and natural spices. Not oil, only baked or boiled. Nothing processed like ham.

im a little confused is the ULBHTM program the same with the cellulite program? i mean if i get the ULBHTM program will i still get cellulite info too? i am a little over weight and have a pear shape body and some cellulite on my legs and arms so which program do you recomend and do all the programs have video for every work out?as i follow them better. please help! thanx debra
You’ll see improvements with the ULBHTM – but lots of women love combining both programs long term.
I cant read well i have had 3 strokes after i had my leg amputated i need to get rid of cellulite on my stump
Interesting…I’ve learnt more on cellulite than I’ve ever cared to before and this has really steared me in the direction on how to not just lose weight in my most troubled spots I’ve had with me most part of my life, but educate myself on how not to gain it back on. Thanks Joey. I would so love to be on this ULBHTM program but unfortuantely I’m not in that position to afford to, so I make do with what I with reading material you send and basic research on how to better lose the weight on my thighs, hips, bum and cellulite on my carves and keep them off.
Hi,
I still have 8 month to graduate as a nutritionist & dietitian. I’ve taken a Sports Nutrition course but I’m learning more from you. You are really discussing very important topics. I hope you talk more indetails about cellulite treatments. Thank you:)
Wow! Thanks so much Joey for enlightening us with all what you’ve got to offer!!
I am so looking forward to learning more about the other types of cellulite…it would be great to learn how to prevent them from happening!
Thanks again
Joey if everything you say is true for all women to get rid of their cellulite, then your a God send.. I will forever be greatful since i have had this for years.. But only with in the last few have i really had a problem with it. I think it became worse once i went through the change of life.I have many dimples in my butt and it’s driving me cray , so much that i refuse to get into a relationship for fear that a man will not find me attractive..I use to body build about 13 years ago and was in really good shape. Since then i have been unable to exercise for many reasons.I want to believe that you have the answers that all us women have searched for years for.I never have believed in all the cellulite lotions, creams ect..I always worked out and watched my weight and never really had a problem til now.I plan tobuy your Naked Beauty, UltimateLBHTM and also SBM….but i am strapped more money right now. After reading all the success stories from other women i feel you may just be the answer to my problem that has haunted me for years.Do you have any exercise right now to help me since i cannot purchase your programs right now?
Hi Joey, well you have given me light at the end of the tunnel : ) My problem has always been lack of exercise and now im going to try the right type of exercise…..so here goes, will keep you posted on the effect it has on my cellulite : )
Hi,
IS THERE A CURE/REMEDY or not?? Will THESE SPECIFIC EXERCISES provide SOME relief only or? When hearing from women who exercise 5+ times a week yet still have it, or when reading the comment about athletes who still have it, it’s very easy to become confused/discouraged about wether it IS simply genetically linked for the most part- when one does consider track & field athletes who are very muscular, but still have it, etc. !! Please please address! Thanks so much!
I’m not clear AT ALL from the article & also comments read & answered by Joey if the “appearance of cellulite
” C-A-N be ELIMINATED or not! Many people have responded that the contributors you mentioned like poor exercise & poor eating habits aren’t their problems, & yet they are still PLAGUED w/cellulite. Also, from the response to Debra’s question above regarding which program to better use for the ELIMINATION of cellulite- the ULBHTM or the naked body (the one I purchased)- it’s unclear as to whether cellulite can be ELIMINATED by using the naked body program as advertised, using the ULBHTM, or both! The answer “You’ll see improvements with the ULBHTM – but lots of women love combining both programs long term” – was a little vague, and didn’t address whether Naked B works to eliminate at ALL! So confused!
I run 20+ miles per week and eat insanely healthy but still suffer from cellulite on my legs and butt. Do you think that my my approximately 2 drinks per day could have something to do with this? (only wine)
hi joey

Hi Susan – running and eating well are fine – But you are not doing targeted exercises for those trouble zones..
Those are what you need.

I agree with Candy…I can’t understand if ULBHTM will work to get rid of my cellulite/fat or it’s more specific “naked beauty”…I can’t understand the difference between the two programs.
Please make it clear to me.
And thanks for e-mails!
hi joey…
I think your programs r used to reduce inner thigh but…i have a extra mussles in the outside of my thigh(under the hip have some space and thn hv this mussles)…give me some specific work out for tht…and diet…it will be more helpfull for me..thanks for ur articles ..:)
Reading this article, I had a few “eyebrow lift” moments! Someone came to mind that has bigger thighs then I do and you can hardly see any dimples. I’ve seen her with a bikini and nothing on her derriere either. She hardly exercises, she hardly eats healthy and she had 4 kids vs 2 I had. Meanwhile, I’ve always been highly active and still am, have a healthy eating habits for the last 3 years. I know I have firm and toned muscles underneath, I just can’t get passed the layer of fat to show them off again. Not to gloat, but I was known to have one of the sexiest legs amongst my friends and I want them back! I’ve been exercising hard the last year 4 times a week combining cardio, weight, stretching but I have not seen any difference.
Hi Aurora – sounds like it’s time for you to give my program a try then

Hey Joey, I’m interested in buying one of your programs but I’m confused…I’ve been reading both Naked Body and the ULBHTM blogs and I’m not sure which is the right one for me. I’m in pretty good shape, exercise and eat healthy (no processed, organic, etc…). All I need is to reduce cellulite in my lower half as my upper half in my opinion is looking great! Its as if all my fat is accumulated in my lower body. Can you please let me know which you think would work best for me? I’d like to get started soon. Thank you!
Hi Joey,
I agree with all of the points that you make. I’m nearly 24, weigh 44kg and I’m 5ft 2. I was classically a ’skinny fat’ girl during my final year at University. Then I noticed the hideous stuff. I’ve been working out and eating healthily, very healthily (I’m a vegan) for the past month and just this last week I have noticed a further two dimples creeping around to the front of my thighs. The sides of my thighs are awful. So what can you reccommend for somebody that is very under weight with an already clean lifestyle. I am so scared that it will just grow worse the more I exercise. As an underweight cellulite fighter – will I be a suitable candidate for your programme?
You have to targets the muscles in those zones and you have to add healthy calories into your diet to help the muscle build up and sculpt. So.. yes – you are a perfect candidate for my program. Time to get started!
Best
Joey
