		<description>Hi

A couple years ago I started training with a personal trainer. 8 months ago I started to suffer with back pain and sciatic all the way to my toes. Does that mean that the trainer was not good enough to see my weaknesses. I want to start traing again and am afraid to do so. Do I seek out a proffesional train or just go to a gym and as for a program and do the machines there.?
Confused as to what to do.........
