I have a few questions on how best to carry out some of the leg exercises : -
1. Catcher Squat lev 1 - i can&#039;t get right down as i fall backwards, but if i hold onto something in front of me i can go right down, but a lot of my body weight is then supported by what i&#039;m holding onto - which way should i do it (when i do catcher squat on toes in lev 2 i can get full ROM) ?

2. lev 2 - one leg squat - same problem ?

3. low side shuffle - not sure at all if i&#039;m doing it right - i don&#039;t find i&#039;m able to follow the description ?
