I think Crimson has a great question – How will the S.B.M. be incorporated with ULBHTM program? Or is S.B.M. a stand alone program and using the ULBHTM program just gets us warmed up for S.B.M.? Does S.B.M. stand for Sexy Butt Makeover?

I have a few questions on how best to carry out some of the leg exercises : -
1. Catcher Squat lev 1 – i can’t get right down as i fall backwards, but if i hold onto something in front of me i can go right down, but a lot of my body weight is then supported by what i’m holding onto – which way should i do it (when i do catcher squat on toes in lev 2 i can get full ROM) ?
2. lev 2 – one leg squat – same problem ?
3. low side shuffle – not sure at all if i’m doing it right – i don’t find i’m able to follow the description ?

Hi Joey, I just started your ULBHTM DVDs. The past year I have seemed to gain alot of weight in my lower body. I keep getting frustrated with myself as I can’t seem to stick to a program. I keep gaining in my lower body area… and I have been working out! How many times a week should I be doing your program? When should I expect to see results? I am very upset and frustrated with myself that my lower body has become this big.. =(
